PROJECT:

The project seeks to extend the scope of adult basic skills programmes in innovative ways by-
a.  Using new community-based locations and course formats, and/or
b.  Targeting disadvantaged client groups through partner agencies
With the aim to offer programmes that are attractive and accessible to adults from ‘hard-to-reach’ groups.
