PROJECT:

This is a programme which seeks to address the difficulties that some pupils experience which prevent them from fully realising their potential.  Professionals from Health, Social Services, Community Education and the Voluntary Sector will form a schools based team which will work with pupils and their families to tackle these issues in a holistic manner.  This is a radical departure from current practice where help is fragmented, uncoordinated and often subject to delay.
